Howard A. Seitzman, M.D. DABPM FIPP

Howard A. Seitzman M.D. DABPM FIPP is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and the anesthesia residency program at the University of Kentucky. In fact, he started the formal pain management program at the University of Kentucky after completing his residency in 1986, prior to moving to Southwest Ohio. He was an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Seitzman is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He has also been certified as a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice by the World Institute of Pain. He is on the Educational Advisory Board of Pain Physicians.org. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and is the Secretary of the Ohio chapter. He is also a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Society of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Seitzman has a special interest in cervical spinal pain and headaches which are caused by dysfunction of the cervical spine. He has extensive experience in neuromodulation techniques which include spinal cord stimulators and pain pumps. He is the Medical Director of the Advanced Pain Treatment and Evaluation Center At Atrium Medical Center.


Thomas J. Knox M.D. DABIPP FIPP

Thomas J. Knox, M.D., M.B.A., is a graduate of Wright State University College of Medicine and the anesthesia residency program of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Knox has been in practice for 20 years, and is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians . He has also been certified as a Fellow of Interventional  Pain Practice by the World Institute of Pain. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and is a Director at Large of the Ohio chapter. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology.
